   Technology/IT/Infra while we continue to utilize these in better supporting the existing C2C & B2B clients, all at       better (LOW COST) investments

 * If given the opportunity to start any channel of support with least or max. seats ( 25 – 40).

 * Site expansion capacity of 300 seats - 3 weeks TAT.
