Admin:- Dedicated Admin Department is there who is taking care of floor hygiene and basics requirement of everyone for

AM (Account Manager):- We have account manager who is taking care of all financial prospect and serving better service to internal Team with the help to admin & all Stake holder

​

CS (Client Service):-  We have Client services team who managing external client Requirement with the help of all stake holder

MIS/WF (Management information System):- We have dedicated MIS team who is providing necessary data to all as per client and internal team requirement

MCA (Mission Control Analysis):- Dedicated Resource available for managing real time situation

 

MO (Operation manager):- We Operation manager who is talking care Production Department & Client SLA along with the help of training team. Quality Team and Client service Team .

 

We have QM (Quality manager) who is taking care of call quality and customer experience with the help of their team QA Team (Quality Analysis) who is auditing calls and finding opportunities for improvement

 

We have dedicated Trainer for trained people and also work on opportunities shared by Quality Team

 

We have dedicated Team manager as well to handle their Team 20 agent/TM or as per client Agreement who is taking care for their leaves, W/O and also Coaching to their agent for better improvement
